Kohl's

Items were neatly set out for shoppers. I needed a grip safe bath mat. There was a variety of colors and types from which to choose. There were people on the floor sticking items abd keeping things looking nice. One greeted me abd asked if I needed help finding anything. The cashier was friendly, polite, and personable. This is how a store should be.

Gloria at the cortaro store is unprofessional and rude. I’ve brought in Amazon returns and she rolls her eyes. Isn’t friendly. As if you just ruined her day. Yesterday I brought in a return. She tries to refuse it. Accuses my son of wearing it which he didn’t. Manager came over and did it for me. Gloria was upset and wouldn’t look at me. Maybe she’s racist? Maybe she needs put in the back where she’s not with customers? Maybe fired? But she needs talked to. I’ve seen her treat others the same way. Kohls please do better.

The store was clean and quiet. Fitting rooms are temporarily closed due to the C V and there are clear shields up at cash registers to protect cashiers and customers. The jewelry counter had some areas that were empty at the time. The employees were all wearing masks. There are some signage at the entry doors about precautionary measures and temporary hour changes. Other than the jewelry everything seemed well stocked.

You find really nice things in this store, a bit expensive. Some times 6ou finde great deals. Thier cash back benefits are really good.

This Kohl's has changed a lot over the years. No where near my favorite store anymore. Jewelry counters gone. Reward dollars only on certain items. Variety of brands not as it once was. Not the chain store it used to be.
