Kohl's

I have been to this Kohls what seems to be a thousand times, mostly for Amazon returns, and despite the fact that I've returned every odd thing imaginable, the employees are professional and courteous and always get me in and out of there quickly - and don't even roll their eyes when they see me coming, lol. I do also purchase things there from time to time. I would say the store is generally adequately stocked, sometimes its a bit hard to find a size, but if you can't find a size you're looking for in the store, you can order it online and it will ship to your home for free. I'm pretty sure that goes for anything you order from inside the store. Also nice to know is that when you return an Amazon item you get a 20% off coupon to use for up to a week on in store purchases, which is kinda n

The Kohls in St Louis Park is great!! Plenty of friendly helpful staff here. Minimal waiting in line. Excellent selection of baby clothes.

Clean space. Parking lot can be a traffic jam. Huge establishment. Saphora is a great addition to the space. Shelves were stocked. I didn't see many staff on the floor but the staff I did see/interact with were friendly. Has a lot to offer in product. Amazon return is available at this location. Overall good experience.

Kohls is a great place to shop. They have a huge selection of name, brand merchandise. Along with very good quality store brands as well. Currently you can go to their website at kohls.com and find instant savings. Currently they are offering kohls cash which is a program where after spending a certain amount of dollars you receive rewards which you can use on future purchases. If your kohls cash expires currently they have some leeway on expiration dates. They have a nice jewelry, selection, clothing, shoes, handbags, accessories. They always have a nice selection of holiday merchandise. They were always well stocked and the only issue with this store currently is the lack of employees. The manager with the green hair needs to be retrained on how to deal with staff. I was in the checkout lane today and this manager yelled at this poor girl who looked like a minor when she was just trying to help another customer. This manager made the girl cry in front of all of us in line. Me and the other customers in line were uncomfortable with this unbelievable treatment. I think the time was around 2 - 3 pm. I am leaving 1 star because of this manager.
