Kohl's

I had an online order for pickup. I had it extended and it was canceled before the date to pick it up by. I called the store about it. The first lady was super nice but she said I needed to talk to a manager. While talking to him he was super rude and hung up on me. I called back to talk to him asking him thats how he treats customers, he mumbled something that I have no idea what it was and hung up on me again. I called back a few times just wanting to get his name, the phone would pick up and immediately hang up again. I waited a few and tried again which I got the super nice lady from the first time. The employees are pretty nice but the management is some of the worst I have ever come across. I don't shop there too often but when I do, they are EXTREMELY abusive every single time. Last time I was there I used a coupon where all members got I think 20% off and have used the Kohl's credit card you got 30% off. I use the regular coupon. One of the managers was teaching a new cashier. She was RUDELY SNATCHING my stuff out of the cashiers hands and THROWING it inside bags while demeaning and lecturing the new employee who wasn't doing anything wrong. She then THREW my bag on the counter, glared at me, and SCREAMED, "YOU HAVE TO USE YOUR KOHL'S CREDIT CARD!!!!!!!!!!" Loud enough that I'm pretty sure people in the next parking lot could hear. I went to kohls today and planned on purchasing but left after waiting 20 minutes in line. There was only one woman working check out and her light was off . I heard her say ,“ you have to cover me for break!” to other woman working returns. She was the only person ringing customers up and 5 people were behind me and people kept walking in and going to the return lady after she was ringing up other purchase customers. I waited over 20 minute set everything down and said it wasn’t worth waiting anymore . The check out lady was still ringing the same person for 20 minutes. She was basically harassing the lady into getting the kohls card which took forever. One No! Should be enough and more on. This store should add self checkouts like other kohls stores in the area.

Ending my shopping with the cashier Nahza completely ruines my whole experience. She holds up the line by hounding people about a credit card they don't want. I understand that is part of the job, I used to do it too, but it's borderline harassment. I told her I closed mine and shes like just open it back up. I said no multiple times, I do not owe anyone and explanation. I dont think I will be back to the store, which is a shame because I live so close, but if I do I will wait for a different cashier if she isn't the only one, like I should have done today. It's absolutely ridiculous and extremely annoying. How has nobody done anything after so many bad reviews for the same person

I love this Kohls. The staff is always so kind and helpful. I had several Amazon returns to do today. Kristyn was so kind and didn't make me feel bad for having so many returns. I have a kohls 5 minutes from my house but the staff is terrible there. I drove an extra 20 minutes just to come to this kohls. Thank you Kristyn for being so helpful and understanding about me having 9 returns to do.
