Kohl's

This store is a joke. I only come here like 2x a year- there is always only 1 cashier- 10 people in line- but we're not going to open another! Also- who had the bright idea to tell people they are only allowed to use a few dollars a month of their rewards???? I mean seriously??? My rewards- I should be able to use as I please- ridiculous

Very disappointed during my last visit. Whoever is ultimately running this store treats young, loyal, and hardworking employees terribly.

Love the store they had a lot of stuff in stock and found my size and my husband’s. Fitting rooms were close to each section and we were able to checkout using self checkout and take off the security tags too which sped up the process since the ladies working were busy with other customers.

Absolutely no zippered goodies for regular size men. Small selection of women's jeans. Long rat maze full of people waiting to either purchase or return items and only three registers open. Guess they caught me on a bad day.

I was in Kohl's about 5 days ago and was stunned at the horrible condition of the Medina Ohio store. There were clothes all over the floor underneath their clothing racks along with empty hangers and broken hangers laying on the floor under the racks. All the dressing rooms for women were closed except for one. There was a long line at the ladies fitting room so the suggestion was to try on clothes in the men's fitting room. Really? When I finally got into the ladies fitting room it was absolutely a mess. Clothes were piled all over the shelves, on the floor, along with dirty Kleenex etc. The store has gone downhill considerably. When I spoke with an employee in the store I was told that it's difficult to keep the store looking good because they don't have enough employees.
