Kohl's

I did a ship to store order. I opened the pickup pass, went inside, and in the spot the email said my item was in, there was someone else's order. I talk to customer service, they ask for help, that person then asks for help from someone else. Enough time passes that the pickup pass tells me that I've already picked up my order (timed out). The next person who comes to "help" then acts like I'm trying to scam them (this is a $9 item 🙄) even though they have a security camera and TV right there that shows I didn't receive my item, and haven't left the store. Oh, and the original person who was helping me (who saw the pickup pass) is still standing right there. Eventually, my item is found (by a whole other person) and the woman tells me not to mark that I picked up my order before I have

Awesome customer service, timely manner manner, very polite, very clean and organized store

I was there during Christmas rush. They did a fair job keeping things in order and getting people through the line

This location was neat and clean and orderly. The cashier was friendly and they had a nice selection of new styles.

I love my Kohls store. Everyone is genuinely friendly. We try to choose the same cashier every time because she really makes every experience personable.
