Kohl's

I recently went in to do some Amazon returns. The older man working the customer service desk was incredibly kind, and patient!!! I brought a lot of items, and he was reassuring me that it was no inconvenience at all. Kindness goes a long way :)

Easily my best Kohl's experience ever, we had left without our item and had gone back a week later to purchase the same item and lo and behold the lady at the checkout recognized us! Angie was super helpful and extremely pleasant, and saved us buying the same item twice. Angie for the win, Kohl's is blessed to have her.

It would be nice if there was a sign on the front door stating Amazon returns stop at 7pm!!! Pretty annoying to get there 10 after 7p walk all the way to the back of the store just to not be able to do my returns! For the amount of Amazon returns they do per day you think a sign would be up about that.

Had 2 Amazon returns to process. Was told they were unable to help me because Amazon returns closed at 6;00pm. I was 3 minutes past this time and there was no one around.. very bad customer service. Very disappointed in this stores lack of customer service or kindness. Did not even apologize for the inconvenience. Will not be returning to this store again.

Went to Kohl's in crystal lake I'll , store #0320 ACCESS code 9896-2207-0593-2305, cashier sketch was amazing ( had returns that I ordered on line) 1 item wouldn't go through, she went way beyond to get it done, had so much patience, I phrased Sketch, for doing her job very well, went back to buy another item another cashier Ava was very sweet & kind, there 1 lady that has long shoulder brown hair, I do my best to even not go to her, last 2 times I had her was very rude, I'm sure she knows that I won't go to her, cause , when she says next, I let other people go in front of me( I will not deal with her rudeness, thank you Sketch & Ava, for being kind & helpful cashiers
