Honestly can’t say I’ve ever felt compelled to review a department store, but honestly this is more a review on a person than the store — there was a young lady by the name of Amber working as cashier and honestly she was one of the kindest, most personable, warm people of had the honor of speaking to in a long while. You have a great member of the team Kohls. Thanks for the great conversation, Amber. Keep on shining 🌟

I went in to return a jacket because it was the wrong size. I had my debit card and the receipt on the app. Right away Mary questioned if this was an Amazon return because she saw my receipt on my phone. I told her no, it’s the kohls app. She proceeded to scan the QR code of the receipt and told me I couldn’t return the jacket because it was an “expired transaction”. She said kohls only gives 90 days. I asked her why but all she would tell me was it was expired. I had purchased this jacket 39 days ago. She was extremely rude and it felt as though she was dismissive and racist from the get go. The previous customer she was very polite and helpful but not with me. I went to another kohls where they accepted the jacket because it wasn’t expired. The cashier was extremely helpful and kind. Mar

I gave 5 stars because even though there's alot of people and the staff is doing there best, besides some with a tad bit of attitude, but i definitely understand ;). I went in to pick up my order in which my emails were all over the place, the gentleman by the door was so helpful and very nice. I honestly missed his name, but wears glasses and did a little bow when greeted and departed. Not going to lie but it made me feel special. I honestly appreciated the gesture. Thank you Mr. Man for helping me with my pick up, you saved me and the cashiers from a hassle. Stay blessed and happy holidays to all!

This place has serious issues with their staff attitude and lack of respect towards customers. I was trying to return a couple items and this Hispanic girl cashier proceeded to yell at me in front of all customers telling me I had to get back In line because I was in the "wrong" line. The wall behind clearly says purchases & returns and there are no other signs otherwise before you entered the line. Even if I was in the "wrong line" the tone and condescending demeanor was completely uncalled for and should have been handled way different without the need of yelling like if I was an animal. I could not tolerate such behavior and walked out without being able to return my items (and potentially shop). Nobody deserves business when you are disrespected.
