Kohl's

I wanted to share my experience during my recent visits to Sephora. Unfortunately, the main blonde manager has consistently been unwelcoming toward us. On several occasions, she seemed to ignore us or act as if assisting us was a bother, which made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing as customers. However, I also want to recognize another associate who helped us during our last visit, she was kind, attentive, and truly made a positive difference. Great customer service like hers is what keeps people coming back. I hope this feedback helps improve the overall in-store experience for everyone.

I’m seriously so mad at this store. My wife bought me 2 pairs of Levi’s jeans for my birthday, and I love them. So much so I bought 2 more pair, only problem was we got them a size to small. When we got these they were also on sale for around $46 a pair, when normally they are $64 a pair. So went today to exchange them and I’m guessing the lady we went to just didn’t wanna do her job. Instead of exchanging them, she credited back the money on our cards, and was gonna just make me buy the ones I was exchanging for. Which makes no sense since that sale was no longer going on. I was so mad I just said screw it and we’d order them online. I didn’t wanna give them the sale at that point. I have never in my life exchanged something just for them to do what she did. Would rather give them 0 stars!! So I ordered 3 Vera Wang Towel sets (totaling 4 bath towels/4 hand towels/4 wash cloths) & 3 additional bath towels so I would have a nice new towel set. I threw away all but 2 of my old towels & was so excited to get my new ones. Today I get 3 bath towels delivered via USPS & immediately washed them & put them in my bathroom. My 2nd shipment arrived a few hours later & in the box was 3 pairs of blue jeans, a sweater, & sweat pants instead of my 2 towel sets. I called & got a woman who could barely speak English & had to call back & request someone from the USA for help. The towel set is out of stock & Kohl's is offering me NOTHING in the way to make this right. I offered Kohls so many solutions to make this right & they refused each one of them! The

Went to find a homecoming outfit for my son. Beautiful store, very clean and organized. Lots to choose from too. We also went into the Sephora and bought some stuff. It was clean and organized as well. Even got color matched for some NARS foundation. We had a great time.

Name brands at good prices. The inventory in the Inverness, store, has been swapped around. The men's clothing is now where the women's clothing used to be, and the women's clothing is now where the men's clothing used to be. There seems to be some confusion by shoppers as to which dressing rooms to go into, with men going in the women's dressing room, and women going in the men's dressing room. There is no signage to indicate which dressing room is which. Checkout is also now a pain because there's only one checkout area for the whole store, and it's inconveniently located only on one side of the store. Even when there are very few shoppers, checkout is inconvenient because you have to go around what amounts to a barricade to be able to get in line to check out. It isn't very well thought
