I went to see Tara this weekend and found my whole experience very disappointing. I initially went for a consultation, I will admit my hair is a bit of a complicated situation but she sounded confident enough for me to book an appt. She highlighted me, took very thick sections. Put color everywhere that wasn’t in a foil, not what we talked about. I left darker than when I came in. She raked though my wet hair. I told her to dust my ends and blend a bit of a shelf I had.. she took off 2 inches and chopped the mess out of my hair. Her shears sounded very dull. She was extremely rude after I voiced that I was unhappy and argued with me telling me “this is what we had discussed”. She asked me one question the entire appt, barely talked to me and talked to me about her life. I will not be back

I’ve been going to Sarah for the past four years, and I truly wouldn’t trust my hair with anyone else. She consistently delivers incredible results every single time. Her blonding is next-level—bright, dimensional, and always healthy. She listens, she’s honest, and she knows exactly how to achieve what you’re envisioning (often even better than you imagined). On top of that, Knox Hair Co is absolutely beautiful—such a welcoming, stylish space that makes the entire experience feel elevated. If you’re looking for someone who is talented, consistent, and genuinely cares about the quality of her work, Sarah is it. Highly recommend.

You should call and make an appointment for extensions, color, cut and pretty much anything to keep your hair looking amazing! Tara helped me discover the extensions that fit my style and I always leave feeling beautiful.

Sarah is amazing! She takes the time to consult and develop a plan with her clients. I have been obsessed with my cut and color treatments with her and love that the color treatment looks fabulous for months after my appointment. Would highly recommend Sarah and Knoxville Hair Company!

This review is about kassie with Kolor by Kassie located in this salon I hate that it has come to this but I feel others need to know my experience. I started seeing Kassie in June of this year and continued to see her on pretty much a weekly basis for wash and styles, extension maintenance, and color services. In late August I had an emergency come up and missed a scheduled appointment with Kassie and this was 100% my fault. I let her know about an hour after my appointment time what had happened. she explained I would need to pay a $30 no show fee and she rescheduled me. I went to that appointment and everything was fine, she even told me NOT to worry about paying a no show fee.
