I have had many massages before. None of them come close to the expertise this place provides. Cindy is amazing and does a fantastic job. Every time I used to go get a massage, they do the same routine regardless of what areas you say you need extra work on. Cindy makes sure to adjust her routine to your exact needs.

What an amazing treatment from a professional with years of experience! You can tell she’s in tune with the body. I chose to do the custom massage with Cindy. It felt like a true treatment towards fixing my knots, tightness and various problem spots on my body. It was meaningful discomfort & a release. I have not been in the habit of getting massages but Cindy has completely changed the way I think about them. She uses a variety of techniques to really work the muscles, and somehow finds knots I didn’t even know I had. I felt completely comfortable and cared for throughout the session. I highly recommend Cindy at Knot Free Massage. My first appointment was with her today, and her intake questionnaire was thorough, and she went over the answers carefully. During the massage she confirmed that the pressure was good (I prefer firm, and she did not disappoint). She uses active stretching techniques as well as body weight and traditional massage. If you are looking for a stellar massage, or want to incorporate massages into your routine, I would schedule with Cindy without hesitation! My husband and I are already planning our next session.
