I was unsure of the type of massage that I needed. I had tightness in my right trapezius, shoulder, and elbow pain. She explained the differences between Swedish, neuromuscular, and sports massage. We decided that neuromuscular would be most beneficial. Christine has great hands and was able to relieve pressure and get the knots out. I thought that it was only my right side but she noticed that there was more tension on the left side. I didn’t even realize that I had knots in my arms and neck as well until she applied pressure. It was such a relief. She offered ways that I could stretch the muscle after the massage. She was very professional and the room was warm and inviting. I truly enjoyed the massage and feel much better.

As someone whose work is very hands-on and repetitive, I deal with ongoing tension in my neck, lower back, and hands. Seeing her has made a noticeable difference. She offers a neurological-based massage technique that truly targets the source of the tension and releases those deep knots. I always leave feeling lighter, looser, and more functional. She is extremely professional, the environment is clean, calming, and smells amazing. You can tell she takes pride in her space and her craft. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

When I went, I had been in pain for months. The area was on my side ranging from my lower back around to my pelvic. This women not only informed me of the muscle that was affected but also advised me how to proper treat it going forward. She took her time with me and concentrated on the area as well as the full body. I know this women tapped into her healing powers. I feel she really wanted to help me. I was reminded to post this review yesterday when I recalled I am no longer in pain, and I have not felt pain in weeks. She did more then message, she informed me, she healed my body, my strained muscle, my constant pain. ***this is all in addition to the warm welcome at the door. The peaceful environment.
