I came in with pain in my neck and back, and the massage therapist gave me an absolutely incredible massage. I feel so much better now completely relieved and relaxed. I have had the pleasure of getting massages from both Kristen and Nathaly..While their techniques differ slightly, they are both amazing at what they do. Both have a true understanding of the body and how to cater to your individual needs. Kristen's experience is evident and her sessions are truly relaxing and therapeutic. Nathaly knows exactly how to find your problem areas and is very skillful at addressing them. She is also as strong as they come! I highly recommend Kneaded Therapy if you are looking for knowledgeable masseuses who are trained in medical massage. The results speak for themself.

Kneaded Therapy was recommended to me by my physical therapist as I have chronic tightness which can result in back pain and other issues. The term “therapy” is extremely accurate as this is not your “cruise ship massage”! Having the therapists work deep into my tight muscles can actually be quite uncomfortable, but they are receptive and will ease off if asked… After my initial free 30 minute massage, I knew I was in the right place and signed up for a package of 10 sessions - I have now experienced each of the therapists and all are extremely good! I look forward to more sessions and continued improvements in my muscles!

Love! Love! Love! I have a standing appointment to visit every week. I have had the worst back pain for most of my life and nothing helped. As I got older I started having feet and ankle pain and was at a point where I could barely walk. I met with Kristen who is so knowledgeable and helpful in the field. She made me feel comfortable right away. She then introduced me to Sylvie. Sylvie is my new best friend! She is absolutely AMAZING! I have no more pain in my back and very little in my feet.
