This place is amazing!! Lisa the owner is the sweetest person and runs a top notch business. Nez does my massages and he is outstanding! I have lots of issues between my back, neck, and knee and when he is finished, I feel great! I ride horses and have had phenomenal rides after Nez has worked me. Lisa at the front desk goes out of her way to accommodate me in getting my appointments when I need them. This place is amazing and if I could give 10 stars, I would!

From the owner to the staff this place is amazing. It’s a feel of home and not just a number. I have been to other locations where you feel as if you are just a number, no one really speaks to you other than to take your money. From the time you walk into this location you are greeted with a warm and sincere welcoming. Staff takes the time to speak with you about your concerns, needs and so on. Also check with you throughout your service. The owner is extremely nice and the therapist are very in tune with giving the best relaxing service you deserve. I thank you all

Knead Sole - Wonderful wellness oasis!! From the moment I made the first contact with Lisa, I knew this was going to be an amazing experience! My husband gifted me an hour reflexology treatment, what a great gift! Lisa assisted me with setting up an appointment in such a friendly and caring way, immediately made me feel comfortable. When I walked into Knead Sole the stress and hustle of my very hectic day seemed to melt away. The environment was peaceful, relaxing, very hygienic, and made me feel at ease! Lucas was incredible! His calm presence allowed me to relax and receive the therapeutic benefits of the treatment. I have chronic feet pain and he was very sensitive to my concerns regarding the nerve damage I suffered as a long term effect post surgery. Highly recommend Lucas! Knead

The deep tissue massage at Knead Sole Reflexology, Massage & Salt Therapy was absolutely outstanding. The pressure was exactly right, firm, intentional, and incredibly effective. They really know how to work through deep tension and problem areas without it feeling rushed or uncomfortable. You can tell the therapist understands the body and takes time to target knots and chronic tightness. I left feeling noticeably looser, with less pain and better mobility than I’ve had in a long time. If you’re looking for a true deep tissue massage that actually delivers results, this is the place. Highly recommend.
