KN NAILS & SPA

This was my first time trying this nail salon, and it will be my last!! I always get my nails this length and shape from other salons and my nails last almost a month. I went there on a Sunday and Tuesday of the same week my nails was popping off like I had on press on. I went back they repaired the 2 popped nails, the next day another nail popped, I went backed they repaired it now that same day another nail popped off, I told them they need to take all off and do it over but they only wanted to repair the popped ones. I spent 100 dollars for nails that popped off before a week!! Pissed!!

Every time I go, this salon is always top notch! Never had a bad experience. My nail tech, Kim, she slays EVERY! SINGLE! TIME! She brings my vision to life and then some!! Never disappointed and I always fall more in love with each nail design that she does. The shaping of the nail is important, however Kim does it flawlessly and perfect each time. Service is wonderful. Staff is attentive and friendly. 100 out of 10 stars from me cause literally nothing is bad there. Highly Recommend!! Edit** more spotlight reviews! They were very accommodating! I came in last minute (5:50p) for several services and they took me straight in with no hesitations! I received 5 services and still got out in a timely fashion without jeopardizing the quality ! Can you say tag team! I will be back soon to get micro shading.

The place is very clean, the staff is very nice. However when you spend $100 on a pedicure you expect a massage and unfortunately I never got a real foot massage during my visit… probably won’t be back for this purpose for my feet but I may come back for my nails just because of how clean and friendly everyone was.

Offered a drink, an awesome pedicure and the nail tech ate it up with the design I asked for! Also had my brows did all for 150$ I left feeling cute!🥰
