My mother and I needed to get our hair done, and we decided to give this salon a try based on its reviews. The salon is beautiful. It’s very welcoming, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Upon entering, we were greeted immediately by one of the owners and the stylist who was going to take care of my mom. My mother got a body wave, and her stylist was Ariana. My mother is elderly and has had the same haircut for decades, but it had grown out and she’s no longer able to maintain it the way she used to be able to. Update on my review: I dropped my rating. I know my hair stylist Sheila was leaving, however my appointment was booked 2 weeks in advance and confirmed. I understand she abruptly decided to leave sooner than she mentioned, but I showed up for my confirmed appointment to find out she is gone, and I now have no hair appointment. I did not receive a call, email or text from the salon informing me she’s gone and my appointment is canceled ahead of time. I have 2 babies and my free time is very limited. I appreciate the receptionists trying to find a way to squeeze me in but unfortunately it was not going to happen. Just a note, it is very appreciated to give a client a call in advance if the appointment is cancelled . The atmosphere of this salon is relaxing and kind. Sheila is the best!! She

Ariana absolutely killed it with my haircut! It turned out exactly how I wanted…actually, even better. The whole vibe was so chill and relaxing, and I walked out feeling like a new person. Can’t wait to book with her again!

First let me note (so the owner & Belinda know who this is) that this is in my maiden name. I have nothing but positive things to say about KM Salon. I admit that life is quite busy therefore I do not frequent as often as I should, but this is where the phenomenal skills and customer service are proven to be above top notch at KM Salon. Let's be honest, it has to be frustrating as a stylist to have to recreate and glamorize someone's hair over and over because they appear like once every other year then disappear in their busy lives again. But they do it here and with a smile, never any judgment, understand the stressful things in life, and do everything in their power to have you instantly relax and it's almost like they have a magic wand because when you walk out of the salon you canno

I called at 11ish AM Sat to give salon another chance. I liked Belinda's bio and called salon due to site showed 3 open slots starting at 1230-1245 ?to set appt. Was told that someone else was moving foreward and Belinda didnt have avail until Monday. Agent at front didnt attempt to offer me a choice of the other times listed as available today. I ONLY was giving salon another chance since SIL was pleased with salon. I will not give you another opportunity to disappoint me again. If your schedule site is not real time-you might want to upgrade or put a disclaimer indicating to contact salon if booking less then 48 hrs from scheduled appt.
