Highly recommend, especially for children! Our barber was great with our three year old, and he looks adorable! Will definitely be returning!

I was disappointed with the haircut I got from Dakota. I contacted him to let him know I was disappointed. He asked what the issue was. I explained it was very uneven. I got a non-apology apology. "I understand if you wanna rebook for next time and we can try and fix what I didn’t like this time or if you find someone else I understand that as well. Again I’m sorry u didn’t like what I did." Thoroughly disappointed. I have to be inconvenienced (make an appointment) to get my haircut corrected or find someone else. I am very disappointed by this. I have been going to Dakota since he was in Barber school. He always did a good job and willing to take notes when something wasn't quite right.

At least one of the barbers don't show up on time. We were told to wait. We did, and no one came. This place just lost two customers.

I moved to OBKY from central IL and needed a barbershop bad. I was referred to Klutch and I won’t be going anywhere else now. The vibe in Klutch is great and their barbers are top tier. I walked in the first time and Bitty cut my hair. She’s been cutting my hair ever since. She is absolutely awesome. She’s so good that I started bringing in my 2 year old son and she cuts his hair as well. She shows patience and care, she can go off a picture for your cut or you can give her free rein and she’ll still give you something you walk out of the shop loving. Overall very impressed and pleased with the shop and Owensboro’s best barber, Bitty!
