I have been going to Jimmy & Hannah for the last 15 years! Their customer service and works speaks for itself. You can show them a photo of what you like & they can make it happen. Their prices are reasonable compared to other nail salons around the valley which is what has kept me returning with the quality of work provided. Give Kloud Nails a visit & ask for either of the two. You won’t regret it!

Salon review I came to this nail salon with the mindset that it can’t be any worse than the last one I went to, and boy, was I wrong! I went in for a full acrylic set and even showed them a picture of exactly what I wanted. It was a simple matte and chrome pallet with a tiny bit of art. Nothing complicated. Not only did my nail tech keep removing the dried polish with the nail buffer and polishing them over and over (his doings, not by my request), but when he was “done” with my nails, they looked completely awful, leaving me with a dinged up looking bumpy finish. He kept huffing and getting frustrated as if it was my fault. FYI, I sat there very politely and am not one of those rude bossy ladies you sometimes see barking orders. The staff at kloud nails go above and beyond for their customers. Fantastic customer service and SHERRY does an amazing job! I have ombré French on my nails and they always look perfect!

I have been coming here for a while now and I get my nails done with Jimmy and my pedicure with Hannah. Both of them have exceptional customer service and are so accommodating! You just know they love to make their clients happy. Their work is exceptional and lasts for the three weeks in between my next appointment. I always leave super happy with how great my nails look.
