This place is terrible. First off, I am a non-commissioned officer who has been stationed at fort Campbell for over three years. I have lived on multiple army installations throughout my career. This is THE WORST place to get a haircut. The staff either has no idea what they are doing, can't understand simple English, or just flat out do not give a damn about the customers that visit. This is the last place that you go, or "the bottom of the barrel" when you are doing the last minute thing. This is the place that soldiers talk about when they are sitting around smoking and joking and telling horror stories. The lady with the glasses and tattoos butchered my hair, with patches, going against the grain, and bald spots, she rushed it, didn’t even apologize or look at me when I came to get a refund. If you don’t know how to cut wavy hair don’t just try and steal someone’s money. The manager was very apologetic and professional with my refund.

A properly rated establishment. Haircuts are fine at best. Definitely depends on who you get.

You'd expect a $16 haircut you'll get a good military cut. Well, this isn't the place for that. Half of them speak English or understand what we want done and most of the time they just do what they want and call it good. I asked for a medium skin fade with an inch off the top. Lady gave me a high-n-tight. I, being a calm person told her that's not what I wanted and she said, "you want haircut, I give haircut". Irritated, I went to the counter and gave my card, because I didn't want to make a scene. She then asked, "how much tip" and I told her "zero". The woman was about to give herself a $10 tip. I caught her and said, "I'm not giving a tip for a haircut that you messed up on". She snarled at me, completed the transaction, and threw my card at me. I'm no longer going back to this place e

This place is like those barbershop at basic training. It is like everybody is in a hurry. The barber did what I asked for but with zero details. He was cutting my hair while the chair was moving, he was hurting me with the machine and I ended with a cut on my skin. No cleaning or alcohol after the hair cut. Zero appreciation for the customers.
