Klassy Nails & Spa

One of my favorite places to go for my acrylics. I used to go a lot in 2022-2023 before moving states away but it’s still the only place I recommend with such a lovely staff. I could always get an appointment that day, and the services were very nice. What I really like about this place is the staff. I have never found any other place that has such lovely and sweet staff which makes the experience 100x better. If anyone in Lake Forest is looking for a nail place to become regular go to Klassy Nails.

I am sad to be writing this review because I have been using Klassy Nails for years. I got a manicure and pedicure in May 2021. I called to make an appointment. I asked them for their availability they responded with they were open and when do I want to come in. I gave them a time and they said come in 30 minutes before the time I gave and when I mentioned I couldn’t make that time they stated 15 minutes later. I said I still wouldn’t be able to make that time. They said my original time was fine. I arrived and only two people were there and they had just began working in someone else. I waited in the massage chair for an hour. After getting my nails done they looked great so I thought all was well. Fast forward one week. Three of my fingers of my gel nails polish peeled off! I've never made a review but I had a terrible experience the last time I was here to the point that I feel like I have to make one to warn people. I came here for my birthday nails, super excited, and I said do whatever you can for 80 dollars, and I will tip you 10 dollars, BEFORE I even started. She ran out of gems for my nails after doing my pinkies, so I said ok its fine you can use the shiny paper design for my nails, which wasn't what I wanted, but it was all she had and she wanted to do it. I'm not picky, so I just said do whatever you think looks nice for 80 dollars. After I was done, the price was 102 dollars at the register. I said I would only pay 80 dollars and to do all she could for that, so if your going to charge me 102 dollars, why did you add those designs YOU CHOSE that I

Leon was AMAZING! I live in LA but am visiting family in OC. This spot was perfect, great people, great manicure. Considering driving down from the city every time I need to get my nails done. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars

I’ve been here twice and both times I had an awesome experience. My first time I was there for a mani/pedi. They were so nice and treated me like I had been a customer for years. The second time was just a manicure with a very nice gentleman. I had just gotten off of work so it was nice to relax and have a conversation with him while I was getting a manicure. Everyone is so nice there and I can’t wait to go back. Definitely recommend!!!
