My esthetician was Tracy, she was a great conversationalist, respectful, and welcoming. She explained everything she was going to do and what/which treatments fit me. She didn’t pressure me to do anything I wasn’t confident in. I was unfortunately late to my appointment and she was very understanding of my situation. Would recommend her 100%.

The staff here is very nice and it smells lovely when you come in. They offer you water and there’s candies out. Tracey did my 60 minute hot stone massage and she was very good. I am definitely booking her again.

I came for a facial using a Groupon deal, but the experience wasn’t very pleasant. From the moment I arrived, the staff kept pushing upgrades and add-ons. It wasn’t just a suggestion — they kept bringing it up again and again until I finally gave in and agreed to something I didn’t want, which added about $75 to my total. I just wanted to enjoy the facial I paid for without feeling pressured to spend more. The facial itself was okay, but the constant upselling really ruined the experience for me.

Honestly I didn’t appreciate the experience while in the middle of my facial tried to convince me to buy other things if I come for one thing don’t try to convince me of another after I said no it felt like she got aggressive with me facial and left me with scars said “it’s because I have thick pore” but had an attitude the whole time almost make sure to ask about there service fee cause they will definitely get their moneys worth from you

I had a facial by Kana and she was very sweet. She told me every step she was doing and was very knowledgeable about skin conditions and treatments. I was literally glowing when she was done! I will definitely be returning.
