Nykia with KKB Faces is my favorite well-rounded esti! From makeup to waxes and facials, she is a master of all. The first wax provider I have ever comfortably been able get a Brazilian with! She talked me through it, made sure I was comfortable, and checked in on the temps of the wax throughout the service. She completely changed my perspective about the service & I can’t imagine going without it. Her makeup services are also amazing! Even with oily skin, a professional beat by KKB lasted me all night & the next morning (don’t judge me lol). Overall, I enjoy having Nykia as my esthetician. She is personable, professional, & knowledgeable and has taught me a lot about my body, my skin, & product usage.

I'm really blessed that my first ever wax experience was with Nykia! She has a customer for life in me! She is not only timely, but she makes your first time as comfortable as this experience could be. She communicates effectively with her customers and actually cares. My first visit she gave me pre-wax tips, answered every question I had and made me feel very confident about my visit. Since then, it's been 8 months and I'm still a satisfied customer! I can lie I had to go to another waxer a couple of months ago due to not being able to schedule with Nykia, but I was right back because you can't beat a quality wax and quality customer service -- It's rare these days. It's 5 stars for me! Book ASAP!
