K&K Hair Salon

I’ve been coming to Kim for years- since 2019. After moving away from Sanford to southern pines, I tried countless salons in southern pines only to come back to Kim to either fix a botched cut or dye. My hair is thick and wavy, I always leave her salon with my hair feeling lighter, healthier and most importantly looking good. Kim layers my hair perfectly every time! Her services are also not as nearly as expensive as services offered in southern pines. She is the only person I trust to cut or color my hair- totally worth the 40 minute drive! Just FYI the salon is unassuming and other hair stylists share the space- her chairs are in the front.

This was the first time that I got my haircut done by her. She is super kind and gives you great service. She gave me exactly what I asked for, with an even better price. I told my family about her and will most definitely be coming back soon for another cut. She is the first stylist to give me what I asked for, great quality and cut for an amazing price. She is super friendly and very talented at her job!

She knew exactly what I was going for and it came out way better than I hoped for! I will definitely be back

I've been a little nervous about going from long to short hair. I also have baby fine hair and was looking for a cut that would add volume. I read some reviews about K&K Hair Salon and decided to give it a shot. I called and Ms. Kim was kind enough to squeeze me in between appointments. This place did not disappoint!! I had Ms. Kim herself and after showing her some photos of other hairstyles I'd like to consider she helped me choose one that not only made my hair look amazing but felt amazing too!!!! I only got the cut and she gave me a textured bob that did wonders for my hair and getting rid of all the brightness at the bottom even made it look like I got highlights though I only got a cut! I was in and out with a wash in less than 20 minutes. I was honestly really worried about my hair because she didn’t ask any questions about it or how I styled it or my curl pattern or what I wanted her to do. She basically just started cutting but I am pleasantly surprised. My hair does look way healthier and she was even able to rescue my bangs that I had cut myself and where awful. I would recommend her but definitely don’t expect to be coddled or have a consultation.
