I'm so thankful I found Kelly / Scissors and Sarcasm! I have a long history of bad hair cuts and hair color appointments, and since I've been going to Kelly it's been a game changer! I've never been happier with both my cut and color and I get compliments on my hair all the time! It's such a great feeling to leave a hair apt and be 100% happy with your cut/color. She is very knowledgeable and helpful about the hair styling/coloring process and will answer your questions in ways that make sense (I know zero things about the science of hair coloring etc. and she was so helpful).
