I’ve been at kiwi suites for over a year and have been extremely impressed with Chris’ prompt response time to the very few needs or concerns I’ve had. If I need something fixed or replaced he’s extremely quick with a real solution. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been super friendly and helpful. And my suite is a little oasis for all my clients. They love it and feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. I’m really glad I’ve found this gem and can start the journey to growing my establishment. Oh and fyi the cleaning people are pretty fabulous with keeping facility especially bathrooms clean!!!

We love Kiwi! The building as a whole is clean, well maintained, and the staff is always responsive and professional. We love the conference rooms and the kitchenettes! The elevator is always in service which is an added bonus. Most recently, we hosted a coat drive and the owner of Kiwi offices immediately partnered with us. The social media feed was a big driver. One morning we walked into the lobby and the coats overfilled the box! There will be a lot of warm kids, women and men! We couldn't ask for a better space, location, location, location. Don't just take my word come and check it out for yourself. You will not be disappointed!

We absolutely love this place - we have been a renter of a suite for a year now and could not be happier. We searched the area and settled on Kiwi - it was a great decision - the conference rooms are extremely nice, other tenants are quiet, and the place is very safe for our employees. Always very clean shared areas and bathrooms here , even plenty of space in the refrigerator for my Snapple’s. Highly recommend!
