Kim’s attitude was poor. Just because I hesitated about what length I wanted, she became impatient. She worked very quickly, it looked like she was in a rush.My service was 1 h15min, but she finished it in about 45min.If the result had been good, I would acknowledge that she is skilled and fast. However, before polished the color, she did not properly clean or prep my nails. As a result, almost every nail has small bubbles or white spots. ⸻ In my opinion, she honestly does not know how to do builder gel.After confirming my nail length, she simply clipped the nails once with a nail clipper without shaping them first. Manly is the best!!! She’s super detail oriented and meticulous, but she also has an artistic touch. I show her photos of what I’m going for and she consistently adds that “spice” to make it special ❤️ always a happy customer with her! --- Edit: 11/26/25 Adding to my review above! Once again, Manly totally nailed what I was going before I head off on my trip to Dubai this weekend. She's just so creative and has a good sense of various art techniques. It's very impressive!! Also she always uses super clean instruments that have been autoclaved so I feel safe :') Shout out to the front desk people! I was very nervous because I got acrylics for the first time elsewhere and they had started popping off, but the staff was great and explained the differences between certain types of nail extensions. They took a lot of care in shaping my nails and double checked with me at every step. I feel a lot more comfortable and have cute nails, would definitely recommend!

My first pedicure here, Tina did a wonderful job with my Forêt de Roses Pedicure + GEL. I appreciated her focused attention on my service not a lot of chat-chat!! Thank you for my relaxed legs, beautifully soft feet, and dazzling toes. Now my feet are ready for my destination wedding next week.

Kitchen Nail Bar is consistently great, in terms of service and quality. I usually get gel x manicures, and I highly recommend Nina! When I was deciding between colors today, she sampled each on my nails first so I felt confident in my decision. I show her a few inspiration photos, and she always nails the design. Highly recommend!
