Kirk's Barber Shop

The apartments upstairs this barber shop USED to be affordable, until the owner Kirk the Barber sold the building. The new owner quadrupled the rent, forcing the old tenants out. My apartment , a modest one, went from 800 a month to 1,200 a month due to the new owner being greedy. No remodel, no updates, just price hike. New owner knows about CUTTING alright. I decided to move out before the new owner's rent fees were imposed. I had just moved in only 8 months before Kirk sold the building, and I asked if he was going to sell, As I didn't want to move again so soon, He said, NO,he wasn't selling.
