Kinsley + Mane Hair and Extension Lounge

The way my extensions were installed was messy and unprofessional. The method used was not appropriate for my hair type, and when paying for a luxury service, I expect my natural hair texture to be taken into consideration. A high-end salon should not cause this level of damage, and unfortunately, this service did cause damage to my hair. There were knots and glue that was difficult to get out and left me insecure and upset. I would appreciate some form of reimbursement for this experience.

I had the most amazing experience at Kinsley + Mane. Alicia completely transformed my hair with a brand new balayage and extensions. It was honestly the "glow-up" that they advertised and I am LOVING it. Alicia was incredibly talented, kind, and detail-oriented. She took her time to listen to what I wanted and did not rush the process to make sure everything looked seamless and natural. My hair feels so healthy and looks absolutely beautiful. Ashley’s technique and the quality of hair she uses are second to none. The lounge itself is absolutely beautiful, and Ashley is as warm and genuine as she is talented. Sitting in her chair feels like a reset — a reminder to slow down and indulge in the feminine, confidence-boosting rituals we so often rush past. I originally went in for added volume and a more camera-ready look… and ended up going all in. For the first time in my life, I have main character hair and I am obsessed. If you’re looking for hair extensions in the Bay Area, you simply cannot do better than Kinsley + Mane.
