Highly unprofessional and very poor time management. Very disappointing for a black owned business Scheduled appointment for 10am called to confirm @9am she then told me 10:30am. I arrived at 10:27 to a client still in chair not close to being done, sat until 11:00 no words from her I then got up and left.

Mimi always does an exceptional job I have been a client for years and she always makes sure she does a great job and has great bedside manners will always continue to travel to come to her shop

Mimi work speaks for itself, although I haven’t taken any photos, I’m extremely happy with my hair. I’m transitioning from crotchet styles to my natural hair styles and, Mimi has definitely made this process awesome and, I feel very confident that I can finally be able to rock my natural hair. She’s down to earth and very honest. She does an amazing job and, she takes her time to please everyone that walks through her door, she’s not money hungry or scissor happy. Terrible. I called and asked if they take walk-ins. They said come in @ 2:30. I got in at 2:20 sat down until 4 and didn't get acknowledged 1 time. No hi ill be with you in a minute, no it'll be just a lil while longer, nothing. Then when I got up and told her I was getting impatient for sitting down for an hour and a half and noone telling me anything she tried to flip it on me and tell me she apologizes that I'm impatient. All that had to be done was while I was sitting down for an hour and a half, was just let me know something, anything. I understand I Called for a walk in but they accepted and gave me a time to come in and just had me waiting Totally unprofessional

Mimi is efficient and very good at what she does. This was my first time getting services from her and I was impressed. I've recieved so many compliments for her braids and have recommended her too. Her work is neat and she takes the time needed to have you walking out of her shop satisfied. I will be going back.
