Absolutely the best place to come for natural hair. All of the stylists are professional and very knowledgeable in the care, treatment and maintenance of natural hair. 20/10 highly recommend. I get compliments all the time on the length and healthy appearance of my locs and I only have Michale to thank.

Title: Worst Salon Experience Ever – Rude, Unprofessional, and Completely Out of Line I took my 15-year-old daughter here for a 2:30 p.m. appointment that had been scheduled over a month in advance. I even sent a photo ahead of time so the salon could see exactly what service was needed — taking down her braids and extensions, detangling, etc. From the start, the stylist named Queenie was rude, dismissive, and had a nasty attitude. She didn’t even greet us — just called my daughter over like she was doing her a favor. I decided to stay calm and left my daughter there, hoping things would go smoothly. Had a great experience! This was my first time getting my natural hair silk pressed and it looks like I got a relaxer! Wow! Got a trim as well. Thank you Genece I really enjoyed my experience. Also very timely! Started on time and finished on time. Can’t beat that. 👍🏾👍🏾

I can't say enough about my stylist M. Jackson. She's professional and always starts on time. She has been styling my natural hair for over a year she has even done my mother. Her work is always neat and long lasting. She has also installed foe locks for me. Although typically she styles my natural hair in a braided updo or mohawk. As far as the location it's always clean, well kept and the stylists are professional and the environment is very peaceful. My only caveat is that you must make appointments in advance as all the stylists become booked very quickly. Additionally do not make appointments you have no intention of keeping because it will prevent others from filling that space. Lol 😆

I was really impressed with my experience with Nicole. I was trying to achieve a mix of colors that I saw on loose hair even though I have locs, which is not an easy thing. I have had negative experiences in the past with hair color and was very nervous. I met her on 3 different occasions: a quick hair color consultation, a color test, and then the color. Each time I met with Nicole, she was very accommodating and helpful. She never gave an attitude and answered all of my many questions. She was patient as I waffled between the decisions of the exact colors I wanted. Today, when she colored my hair, at first, I was not 100% satisfied. I felt like some areas were a little too bright.
