Not the best experience at all. I arrived at this barbershop around 6 PM so that my nephew could walk in and get a haircut. It looked decently busy but not anything super wild (even with many kids returning to school tomorrow). 30 minutes passes, then an hour, and eventually two hours. By the time 8:15 rolls around, my nephew walks out, still with his hair not cut. Then says that he doesn’t really know what’s going on nor why no barber has made an effort to cut his hair (nor even communicate at all with him)! I marched in to try and understand what the problem is, and why nobody has tried to cut his hair. One barber is in there, and he looked completely lost. He walked to the waiting area, and seemed lost/puzzled realizing that there were still folks awaiting a haircut. Long story short

Walked in trying to get my nephews hair cut and nobody greets you coming in. One guy asked can he help me after standing for 5 minutes. I told him I was trying to get two boys hair cut and he says ok walks over to his station then walks out the door and was gone so long another worker had to ask where he went. Came back to throw some food away then went back out the door to smoke a cigarette and chat with somebody outside. Another guy was done cutting hair and didn’t even bother to assist us. I’m all for supporting people but the lack of customer service and professionalism was just beyond horrible. I didn’t even want to service anymore so I just left.

I only gave it one stars because its required to give something. If i could give this zero stars i would have.. Im a female with a short cut. And i have 2 lines on the side. 2!!!! I wear it in a twist out so i dont get the top of my cut. Basically just my two lines on the side if it had grew back. And maybe just smooth my back a little. I eent here on march 29 because my barber is out of town. This boy charged me $30. Thats overly priced for no reason. Didn't take anything off the top of my head. Just keep turning me in that chair like he was doing something. I literally walked out with the same amount of hair i walked in with. Not to mentio. I have an 8 year that gets his whole head cut. And i dont pay that. Needless to say, i wont be returning. I dont like ppl trying to get over on p

I was in need of a barber for my son, and my coworker recommended here bc this is where she takes her son. I made an appointment with Slim and I've been coming here every week SINCE!!! He does a GREAT job!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him, if you're in need of a barber!!

Went in for a line-up, but the barber gave me a free hot towel, used a very nice mist like spray that was quite lovely. Q was his name I think. Will definitely be a regular. Wish i could give a higher rating.
