I went to this beauty supply because their wasn't any other one open after 7pm in my area or surround area. I like the fact that they have a lot of options but this place sucks. The majority of the little young ladies that work their are rude. Ain't no body got time to spend their hard earned money at a place were people or rude and nasty. If you don't like being in customer service find something else to do with your time life is just way too short to be unhappy and to mess someone else day up. Please move on. 🤢 Way too sad.

Very disgusting attitude with the cashier, the one with the ronald mcdonald wig on! I came to her respectfully by letting her know im ready to purchase my items. I only announced that because there was a worker stocking in front of the register and i didnt want to be rude and tell her to move. The cashier replied you know most people go to this side of the register and say that. And i apologized and she said nothing back. I was extremely nice and i felt disrespected for no reason! If u hate ur job don't work there simple.

It feels good to be home after 3 years. I walked into Kings Wig & Beauty to get some supplies for a travel client I have and I received a whole lot more. The man ( didn't get his name) I talked to was very knowledgeable about products as well as letting me know the difference between locks and dreads and what is needed and what is not as a self-taught natural braider lessons like these are very valuable lessons for growth I hope to speak with him again possibly take notes next time. Hated the store. 0 customer service, no rhyme or reason to the product placement so everything was hard to find, limited products, high prices and an over abundance of security. The only positive - they had plenty of fake hair if that's what you're looking for which I was not!

Everything, from wigs to hair dye to makeup, is all reasonably priced! The employees are all very respectful and seem easy going. One thing that I really liked about this store was one of the wigs I had chosen to buy was out of stock, so they offered the wig they had on display with 15% off. Plus they have a great selection of wigs to chose from, would definitely recommend this beauty store.
