I came to this beauty supply to see what kinda of hair they had for braiding. They had a few nice collection of braiding hair in there and some nice helmets aka that what I call wigs. The young lady by the name of Sierra, was so nice. Thanks!!! Until next time.

I’ve always picked kings over any of the other beauty supplies. Today I’m very upset with kings Beauty , I went in the one in Rancho and asked for a recommendation of edge control. They recommended bask and lather 19.99 very flaky I called and asked if I can do an exchange or a refund. They tell me because I’ve already opened it. This is not fair at all.. I will be going elsewhere

Umm why was I charged 17.99 that so wild I got all the way home and looked at my receipt like wht. Smh they will scam you to a small fee smh false advertisement is a crime. Thy probably do it t a lot of people. First I was followed around the whole store then you over charged me sad it’s scam has happened it it’s happening with a lot of Asian stores be careful when you shop

I used to come here all the time but not as much anymore because you owners make people feel uncomfortable watching every move someone makes. All people are not thieves I'm sure you noticed that you have some repeat customers that keep coming back spending there $$ with you and we deserve to be treated with respect not like a criminal or someone that is coming to take from you. You are not the only Beauty supply in town.

I've been in here a lot of times buying hair extensions and all is not cheap never had any issues until the last 2 times. First time I let it go, but this second time which was yesterday was enough. When I went in yesterday for jewelry and makeup I was walking around the aisles like a normal customer when I noticed the owner was acting like if she was fixing merchandise, staring at me as if I'm gonna steal. The girls working behind the cash registers (who are usually nice) may I add kept asking if I needed help. I felt rushed. It was a weird interaction and it made me uncomfortable. Word of advice to the owner don't assume it's disrespectful when I'm clearly paying for my stuff.
