first and last time ever going there. I decided to go here to get a hair cut after it was recommended to me so i scheduled an appointment for 9am cuz it’s an option on the website i get there and nobody is there so i check again an see they don’t open until 10, ok i guess i should have dubbed check what time they open but why have it as an option on the website. I make another appointment for 10 leave and comeback, when i get sat down i show him a picture of a burst fade and an old hair cut i’ve gotten. All is going well and then when he’s finishing and goes to style my hair he puts some mousse (i think) in and slicks it all back. when i get home and shower the area where he puts the mousse is now straight. My son made a haircut appointment online and paid in advance. They accepted payment and made the appointment without any indication the location was closed. When I brought him for the appointment, there was a sign on the door that they were closed for renovations. I left multiple messages explaining the situation and never heard back from them. The renovation was clearly visible through the windows. I assumed they had mistakenly taken appointments during this time and would refund our money. They never returned my phone calls or refunded my money. They lied to the credit card company and said we had not cancelled an hour prior to the appointment. Brought my son here 1st time. Love the atmosphere! A bunch of young cats but very respectful. My son's barber was Baldi He was recommended, honestly sitting here watching them. They all seems to cut nice. He's definitely going back!

If you need to knock two birds with one stone. Clarissa is 🔥🔥 🔥 on the braids for men, women and kids & the barbers are 👑🤩 too. They offer a lot of services with an experienced team. And, the shop is VERY clean!!! They are always booked so make sure to book an appointment. Whenever I’m in NY I get my hair done here. Highly recommend 💯
