The customer service was five store. They have such amazing products in here. You have to come visit them and it smells amazing and the customer service agent was the best. He helped me out with my color hair and was friendly. I have to come by.

Always been my GO-TO out of all kings but today sadly would be my last.. a couple times before I noticed I was over charged by the Hispanic woman who’s there when the owner isn’t. Well today she did it again but this time she told me my card was declined and I only have $8.27 In my account which was alarming to me so I told her swipe it again and she did and it then charged me $9.93.. After noticing the red flags I checked my account and she charged me TWICE my card was never declined.. she charged me $8.27 & $9.93.. this needs to recognized, this isn’t the first time

The merchandise is old and the owners tape up and bootleg the merchandise to make a sell. When you call them out on it they catch an attitude and roll their eyes. I bought some brown dye and it came out green, very runny and it didn’t take. I asked prior to making the purchase because the dye looked busted and the lady said it was ok, that there must’ve been another bottle that busted on it. Check the product before buying because it may be bad/old, better yet go to another beauty store vs taking a chance.
