I bought this yesterday for 160 dollars yesterday and never even got a chance to walk out the door i had a date would go on date wearing this 187
It's a hit or miss sometimes, I've been going there to get my eyelashes and eyebrows done which they looks good but a couple of time they came off after a couple of days when usually they last 2weeks very disappointed
Would not recommend. I went looking for foundations. They had testers in which I was matching my skin tone. I felt someone staring so I turned around to acknowledge them and the lady or no one else in the store even bothered to say hello, but instead of speaking she scolded me, complained and said not to use the testers! Is that not what testers are for? I will not be shopping here ever again and decided not to purchase anything. People should be treated with respect. A simple hello, and a proper suggestion would have went a long way.
Ongoing Concerns with Service and Treatment at Beauty Supply Store on Page & Hanley I am writing to express my concern about the consistent poor customer service and mistreatment I, along with many others, have experienced at your beauty supply store located at Page and Hanley. While I do appreciate the affordable lash services — especially the strip lashes that can last up to two weeks and help save money — the negative experiences unfortunately overshadow the convenience and pricing. Several recurring issues have been observed: Rude and unprofessional behavior from lash techs, including ignoring customers, refusing service for reasonable hygiene requests, and exhibiting visibly irritated attitudes. Disrespectful treatment towards African American customers, including being followed w
The prices are good and they do a good job on your brows/lashes. However the women that do lashes and eyebrows are extremely rude. They do not know how to speak to people after your money has already been accepted. The mistreatment of African American women in beauty supply’s need to stop honestly. We are patronizing your business and spending our hard earned money so respect should be a given! The 2 Asian women are very unprofessional and they talk more than they work!
