If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve given this place chance after chance, but I’m done. I simply asked to see how the back of a nose ring looked before purchasing, and the employee (the guy) snatched it out of my hand and got upset all for asking to see a product I was planning to buy. The attitude and disrespect are unacceptable. It’s clear they don’t respect us, and I don’t understand why we keep supporting businesses that treat us this way.

do not come here! very bad experience with the lady working. they do not welcome their PAYING customers! actually they target you as if you’re stealing and act like it’s a hassle to help get the locked jewelry out of the case. go somewhere else

The lady in the store stereotyped me and my friend the moment we walked in the store. I caught her looking at us on the camera as if we were coming in there to steal. She didn’t even notice me looking at her. When she finally looked up and said do you need help. I looked at her and said all black people do not steal. She was like no no no and I politely walked out.

I love mr.&Mrs. Kim the most happy nice and helpful people I met in a long time and anything for hair is there so for me it's a must visit 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Purchased some hair from this establishment and was told and under the impression that the hair was 100% human hair only to find out when I got to my stylist salon that it wasn't 100% percent human hair. 😡 Some of the hair was human and synthetic I am not happy about this. They have lost a customer.
