No stars. They follow and watch you in this store. All I'm going to say is if you don't like the people in a community don't run a business in it. My people should stop shopping at places where we're not welcomed. They haven't gotten my money in a few years now and never will again. They want our money but don't like us. We are barely making any money at these jobs around here why spend what we do have with them.

The product offering is great, but I was very disturbed at how one of the Female owner/managers sat on a stool behind the counter, right by the cash register & would not check out patrons while the only other Rep. Helped another patron. She did not address any of the Customers, reassuring them that someone would be with them momentarily. nor did she say thank you or come again. The Male owner/manager has displayed more of a gracious presence on my previous visits. This woman's demeanor will make sure I never give Kings Beauty my Business again.

No Stars. The owner was very rude. He told me that I couldn't smell the oils for women. If you're not allowed to smell some of the fragrances... how are you going to decide what you want to purchase. In my profession...THE CUSTOMER ALWAYS COMES FIRST. No future shopping for me.

They didn't have the product I was looking for. The store is clean and staff friendly.

The store was really nice. However, I did not appreciate being followed around the store as if I was going to steal something. This made my experience shopping here very unpleasant.
