While vacationing in Vineyard Haven I was due for a haircut. I checkout Kings Barbershop online first and chose them over other shops. Macion was my barber, he greeted me and was very professional. He ask for what I needed and I provided details. He did an OUTSTANDING job! While he was cutting my hair I watched the other barbers cut their customers. These guys are the real deal!! They can cut every texture of hair… highly skilled. Once Macion was done, the owner made sure I was satisfied. This is my new shop whenever I come to the island. Moving to Martha’s Vineyard Island I never expected to find Kings, one of the best all-round barber shops on island or off! Derek consistently gives me a great haircut and line-up, and he, Lamar and the whole crew at Kings always makes me feel welcomed. Kings is like the “Cheers” of barber shops! And, even if “everybody (doesn’t) know your name”, the laughter, positive vibe, and great service all make me look forward to going back for my next cut. Definitely give ‘em a try, and don’t worry if there’s a wait. It’s totally worth it!

Absolutely one of the nicest barbershops I've been to in a while. Has a full pool table to play on while waiting, has a perfect Barber shop environment with extremely professional staff who are going to give you your desired haircut perfect shave, this place is family friendly and good for conversation. if you're looking for a barber on the island this is the place. Extremely accessible off the boat. Really glad I went here. Good luck hope this helps anyone looking for a good barber shop.

Lamar is the man! The haircut and fade was impeccable but the ambiance of the barbershop was even better My first time there but it felt like I knew them all my life Always scary trying a new barber but this team is fantastic and enjoyed the great conversation

Kings is hands down the best barbershop I have ever been to. I don't even live on the island, but this is the only place I would consider going to. I personally go for the beard clean up and style, and ever time I come home my wife instantly notices (and loves). Seriously worth the time and money, ever barber I have used were excellent.
