I was able to get an appointment the next day, my barber reached out as they were able to fit me in earlier than my scheduled time. Inside has an AMAZING almost 360° view of the city, very cool. Been going to Josh Smith for a while now and he gives great cuts. He is good at listening to my preferences and delivering quality results. He is very detail oriented and asks me about fine tuning parts of the cut that I didn’t know existed. Great barber would recommend.

Rather than go in for a refund and cause a scene, I am leaving this review because I feel that returning to ask for a fix or to express my dissatisfaction would be ignored. I was rushed out because another customer was waiting, even though I arrived five minutes early and there was no one in the chair when I got there. The barber spent at least 11-13 minutes talking and playing with his dog before starting, even though I had been there ahead of schedule. Once seated, I asked for a skin fade but received a regular fade with a noticeable line in the back. The barber rushed through the cut and didn’t provide the beard trim and line-up that was the main reason for my visit. I was told I should have booked extra time, even though I mentioned my needs when I sat down, and he assured me it was n
