KINGS AND QUEENS HAIR SALON AND BARBERSHOP IN KINGS POINT MAIN CLUBHOUSE Delray Beach (OPEN TO THE PUBLIC)

I was really looking forward to trying Kings and Queens Hair Salon and Barbershop using a Groupon voucher for a manicure and pedicure, but unfortunately my experience booking the appointment was very disappointing. When I called to schedule, I was told I needed to contact the owner directly since I was using a Groupon. I called and politely asked if there was any availability that day — he said no, so I asked about the next day — again, no. I then asked if it would be possible to do the manicure first (since I’m going away) and come back another time for the pedicure. Instead of trying to work with me, the owner told me he doesn’t “jump through hoops” for Groupon customers, and began complaining that he loses money on those vouchers and that people that use Groupon vouchers never return (

Got me in and out quickly as a walk in. Gen did a nice job on my haircut and would recommend her services. She does men’s and women’s styling. Prices were fair.

So I ended up here because of a Groupon my boyfriend got me for Christmas and I was a little hesitant at first of course seeing it was in Kings Point and I'd be the youngest person there 😅 but it ended up being a great experience! Deyla was fabulous... my manicure and pedicure look wonderful and I actually plan to come back here. It's not your normal Salon with 20 chairs and like that it's very intimate but it's nice and she does a great job! They have a special for manicure and pedicure for 45 as well if you're not getting a Groupon

Awful experience. I took the time to make my appointment (called, texted, booked) and then 5 minutes before my appointment they cancelled it and sent me a text but I was already walking in and the doors were locked. No one was inside and they were open as it was 2pm on Sunday. Terrible and a waste of time. Don’t bothering coming here. This next part is edited in after your response > I did get a confirmation text, how else would I have gotten a cancelled text 5 minutes before my appointment time (I have receipts). Thanks for your prompt reply to my 1 star review, even though no one picked up when I called 5 times and no one was there when I was looking into the salon calling. Doesn’t feel like royalty treatment.
