This is place will rob you I bought extensions from here and I asked the lady if they were good to braid she said yes not to mention they we’re supposedly “100% human hair” when my stylist took it out the box the hair started falling apart. The lady’s knew that the hair isn’t made to braid. Very very bad place don’t come here.

Was accused of stealing because I brought my own bag to shop with. Lady screamed at me and threatened to call the police. Physically tried to rip the bag out of my hands... talked badly about me in Spanish to the co-workers thinking I didn't understand. If you check my profile, I've been to hundreds of stores and have never had an experience this horrific. I do not feel safe shopping in this store, and will never be spending a dime here. There are over a dozen beauty supply stores in Newark... this is the wrong one to support. DNV

I haven't been to a beauty supply store in a while, so when me and my mom found this place during our walks, we decided to walk in. I was greeted by a decent lady who asked if I wanted anything. I said no. I just wanted to check out the wigs. Me and my mom went down a few different aisles, when I first noticed the employee standing here... Watching us as if we don't see her. I tried to ignore it and check out the wigs and makeup, and stuff and... She was always where I was, standing around and watching me mostly, probably because I have facial piercings so I MUST be a bad person. 🙄 we ended up leaving early because how uncomfortable and unwelcome the employee made us feel. I love this store !! One of the best ones I have been too. Very clean and organized. The staff are very attentive and patient. They make shopping so much easier and speak bilingual which is a plus. The owner herself is very nice and helpful. Im glad Ive discovered this beauty supply, its so big and they have everything your looking for! They have me as a loyal customer.. the ladies there are just wonderful.

Horrible customer service. I came in the store and I immediately felt uncomfortable. The associate was very passive aggressive. No greeting from the employees and I was being followed around the store. This is not the way to treat customers. I just moved to Jersey from New York and have been in search of a good beauty supply. The store itself was good but I will not be shopping there because of how uncomfortable I felt.
