I waited for one of the staff to finish eat her apple and didn't wash her hand after when she waxed my eyebrows. Eyebrows wax are usually $10. I asked beforehand she said it was $12. I asked for her to trim it a little bit more and then she proceeded to charge me $14 and still have the audacity to ask for a tip. It is literally just wax not threading. They over charge with everything even when it comes to nails and they don't do so great. My nails went from 120 to 160. They charge you without telling you and don’t give your receipt. They don’t sanitize any of their nail equipment or sterilize it. They wash it in the pedicure water which is used and put it back. Infections are likely to happen. I have never seen the staff wash their hands. They are usually on their phone and then work on yo

Went in on a Tuesday and within 30 minutes of arriving, I became my Beautiful, decent self all over again. It was my first time going. The shop was neat and clean, plenty of open chairs, and a very relaxing environment. The lady asked what I needed and I asked for a full set of acrylic nails, short (for work). She removed my old nail polish, got to work and did her thing. I look up and it was superglued firmly, painted like I requested, and under the UV lamp in 20 minutes. She asked if I wanted a flower 🌼 that was $5 extra, and I said Yes! And I am not disappointed. I asked about the eyebrow waxing which was only $10 & I was done. $40 for a full ser of fake nails and I cannot complain. The whole experience was lovely. The neck and shoulder massage was listed as 5 minutes for $5/ 15 minute

Worst experience ever and it was my first and last time I would ever come to the nail shop. The lady Annie made both my big toe bleed so bad and had me literally crying , when I told her that she was so rough and that she was hurting me bad also I was bleeding so bad and she just kept doing my feet without cleaning the blood until I told her that I was bleeding too much, she then used the same towel I had my feet on to wipe it, wish I feel is very unsanitary. She told me I was just scared and that it supposed to feel like that the first time, and I said I’ve never experienced anything like this before from other nail shop. This was my first time coming here and I honestly regret it. I got an acrylic overlay and the guy doing my nails had the worst attitude. He kept slapping my hands every time I moved the slightest bit, and it just made the whole experience uncomfortable. I didn’t feel welcomed at all The nails looked cute at first, so I still tipped $5 and paid $50 for the set. But after just two days, they started lifting and I’m really careful with my hands. I don’t even use my nails for anything rough. By day 3, a few had already popped off. He made them way too thin. I went back to the salon to see if they could fix them, and the manager said it would be another $30 to redo the overlay. That made no sense to me… why should I pay more when the original set was done so poorly? Definitely not coming bac

I have been going here for nearly 4 years. I can’t say enough about how friendly and genuine the owners and all the staff is that works there. They treat you like you are part of their family. ❤️❤️🥰 If you’re looking for a nail salon look no further. Queen is truly an artist. Check them out you will not be disappointed.
