I had the absolute worst experience ever at this salon. I give them two stars because everyone was nice. However, during the process of my nails I was passed to 3 different nail techs for my full set and they still turned out horrible. The First Lady removed my previous set, the Second Lady applied the tips and acrylic and her husband painted and shaped them. I’ve never experienced anything like that in my life, not to add I waited close to an hr for each of them. Total time spent was 5hrs. The pictures speak for themselves. What I asked for vs what I got. And yes I did show the pics of what I wanted before hand. Sad part is I had to return to the nail salon the next day when I had to attend my mother’s funeral to get them fixed which took almost 2 hours. Even after they cut them down and

I have been here a few times but I will not be returning. A few weeks ago I went for a pedicure and requested a French manicure on my toes. The tech asked if I wanted gel. I replied no. She said the only way I can get french pedicure on my toes is if I get gel as well. This is unheard of. What does painting a white line on my toes have to do with getting gel. I asked twice after that to make sure I understand what she was saying and she confirmed that I could not get the French on my toes without gel. I needed a pedicure so I went ahead and got my pedicure with a solid color. I have never been turned down for French on my toes ever at any other salon and I don't get gel on my toes. I think that is ridiculous and just a way to increase price of service.

Fair job but over priced and did not expect to be talked about in different language. You rush to the next person and not fully focus on what the client want. Just for your information alot of other races do understand your language. Please treat others how you would want service done to you.

Kayla gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Super gentle the whole time. First time I’ve gotten a pedicure from someone and didn’t get hurt in some way. 10/10

I took my daughter here for a nice mother and daughter spa day. We waited for an hour to be seated. I was ok with the wait because we didn't have an appointment and it was the Friday before a holiday. The upsetting part was I paid for my daughter to have gel nails because I know with younger kids nail polish doesn't always stick well. I paid for me to have regular nail polish. After the apprentice that was doing my nails applied 3 coats of polish the nail polish didn't dry an hour later. I went back and asked the manager if he could fix it to which he did with gel. I was grateful. However here it is Wednesday after we got our nails done and both gel polishes are COMPLETELY OFF not even 5 days later is VERY disappointing.
