I recently moved to Gorham from New York, and I was looking for a massage therapist who could continue working on my overly tight muscles and painful joints. Julia Adriane owner of Kinetic Massage & Performance was so skilled, professional and eager to help me with the ongoing spasms and back pain. I would recommend Julia to anyone who is in need of massage therapy.

I went to Julia to work out some still and sore muscles. Her digging in and massaging my pain points was no joke. She got in there and I felt like a new person walking out the door. While I'm not one to get frequent massages, I'll certainly be back to see Julia again when my needs arise.

Julia is by far the best massage therapist I've experienced in the greater Portland, ME area, and I've tried more than a few! I love that she is skilled in a variety of therapeutic techniques. She's helped me recover from shoulder surgery a few years ago and is part of my regular health routine to keep my back and neck mobile and up to the demands of my job. She customizes a massage to the areas I need attention, and she can deliver whatever pressure is most helpful. Including really firm muscle knot/trigger point work! The current location in Gorham is a peaceful, quiet, naturally lit space, very relaxing. I highly recommend Kinetic Massage and Performance to all my friends!
