I had been dealing with significant soreness in my upper back and shoulders for nearly two months. Since weekends work best for me, I was happy to find Kinetic Massage and Movement Therapy, which had great reviews and was conveniently located. From the moment I arrived, the space was clean, welcoming, and relaxing. Tyler took the time to talk with me about the soreness I was experiencing, explained some possible reasons for the tightness in my upper back, and shared helpful stretching movements I can do during the day and after workouts. Shelby is amazing! I don’t know how many massages I have had with her because there are too many to count! She addresses all my areas of concern every visit. During her massage technique she adds stretching to allow for more lengthening of the body while massaging. I feel so relaxed and refreshed every time I leave!

What a treasure to find this business and experience Tyler’s healing hands. I had rotator cuff surgery 2 months ago and things felt like they were going the wrong direction. I was experiencing pain, unable to sleep well, and my range of motion and mobility were decreasing instead of improving. PT seemed to be taking a step back as a result. My pain from my neck and shoulder had reached a level of nausea and I needed a solution yesterday. Tyler was able to see me immediately and work out all the knots and tension that were keeping me from moving freely and without pain. He restored my range of motion to nearly pre-operative and pre-injury state after one 90 minute session. I slept great and without pain again. Finally, I have relief and feel like my recovery is headed in the right direction

Marjourie gave me the most wonderful massage I think I've ever had. She went the extra mile to be sure the muscle group was laying flat and even showed me where they were on the diagram on the wall and showed me some stretches afterward to help long term. I will absolutely come back to her in the near future.
