I would highly recommend Ms.Jen and her Thai/yoga massage to those who need to add better mobility to their life. The benifits are fantastic. Along with getting those knots evaporated the stretching of the tight muscles and joints help you well beyond the end of your session. For those who may think it’s not relaxing, try it! Along with all that goodness is Ms Jen. She is very calming and warm. The environment of her studio is absolute chill and comfortable. Her knowledge and professionalism is excellent but not uptight or sterile. She has an incredible soul and vibe. You will notice it instantly upon meeting her. Do yourself a favor and give her a call and start feeling better in your mind, body and soul.

I had a really enjoyable experience with Jen, who gave me my first Thai Massage! I had zero expectations for what this style of massage would like, but she impressed me greatly with her techniques and relaxed demeanor. The massage left me feeling extremely relaxed and relieved some tension I was experiencing in my upper back/neck. Thank you Jen!

I was glad to discover KindBody Movement right in my neighborhood! Jen did a great job of providing a relaxing environment to de-stress and allowed me to be ready to run my next marathon. I would recommend her for anyone looking for 'Thai' or a 'Deep Tissue' massage.

I cannot recommend Jen enough! It was my first time doing a massage appointment, and she did not disappoint. She heard what was bothering me (upper body and wrists), and she really slayed it with her technique. I truly feel like I was/am on a different plane--it felt so comfortable and relieving that I dozed off. 100/10 would recommend. The room is very quaint and set up cozily: nice, peaceful music, smells very nice, and the oil she uses is sooooo nice :D If you have any aches or pains anywhere, I highly highly recommend making an appointment with Jen~ She's superb!

UPDATE 6/27/24 I have been using Jen very consistently for the past 2 years, and I am so much better for it. She has learned my body, and knows certain things that I specifically need. I'm a martial artist and very active, and she's able to adapt if I have an injury or an area that needs special attention. Also this year, my husband and I tried her 90 minute Partner Massage Session, where she showed us some things we can do on each other in between sessions. That was a wonderful addition for ourselves, and it reinforced just how well she knows her craft and how to individualize it.
