Kim's Plus Beauty Supply

Being a person of color we all know that products , cost and customer services is just those reasonable services that bring us back weekly to a beauty supply’s stores. Last week I took the nerves and decided to shop at Kim’s, after weeks of scanning the store. I approached the store only to meet a very young female very nice person and the owner, I thought small town he is about to charge me an arm, leg let’s say some over priced items. Well to my surprise the prices were very reasonable and sold at a fair market price, I also noticed he had a customer relationship with his customers, they knew him personally and his store was a very pleasant shopping experiences. The guy was customer service engaging. Mr. Kim you and your worker won another customer you both deserve the Five Stars thank

This is a wretched establishment and that’s putting it nicely. The customer service is awful. U ask for help, and it’s a huge inconvenience. Their wig selection is terrible. Horrible displays. Y’all could be an elite beauty supplier seeing how you’re the only one on the area. Instead, you employ rude and lazy workers, but that’s the standard the owner sets. “Kim” is the worst one of all. The store is messy and dirty, too. Hair is overpriced, if even priced at all. But u don’t dare ask questions. Ugh. So frustrating and a total waste of time.

Only hair store I know in palaka so it has to be a 5 star for existing. Plus if you buy a lot Kim will look out sometimes which is quite nice with nowadays expenses

This is a well-stocked variety type beauty supply store which caters to various ethnic groups. I have often found various types of beauty supply products there which could not be located anywhere else. Their prices are excellent. They also carry different types of hair decorations Combs pins and other accessories. It is very well run and the staff is very helpful and have always led me to the stocked shelves. Again this is a smaller type store which emphasizes personal attention to the shopper.

I went in today with my newborn baby to buy hair color. They don’t have baskets or buggies to carry product in so I had baby in one hand and product and another my baby down so that I can take everything out of my hands and accidentally dropped a bottle of color, right in front of the counter. I told the clerk, Mr. Kim himself that the bottle had busted. He goes on to tell the other cashier to get the mop to clean it up. He rings me up and cashes me out and tell me have a nice day. I noticed he didn’t give me my receipt so I asked for the receipt he started fidgeting with the cash register In order to print my receipt. I get out of my car, put the baby in and my bag and look at my receipt. I noticed he charged me for the bottle that busted on the floor. The aggravation wasn’t that I had to
