Kim's Nails

I was reluctant to try this place because of the reviews, but a few people recommended it. I had an appointment and waited 40 minutes before I was attended to. You could tell the workers were extremely stressed and busy. My pedicure was super rushed and nothing special. Typical not receiving any kind of actual leg or foot massage just rubbing the lotion in. My nails I got a fill in, which I know typically is just that, a fill in. Typically most techs still do the full nail and fill in the ends of the nails or even it out after shaping. The pairing of my nails wasn’t the best, but not the worst I’ve had. I got my nails done here 2 Fridays ago and I didn’t have the perfect experience. My nails started coming off on the next Friday. When they all came off, my nails were stained orange. I came back today and the guy acted like he’s never seen anything like this and attempted to deny that he did my nails. I showed him pictures, but he didn’t resolve the issue or even tell me how I should get the stain off my nails I would give them zero stars, but it wasn’t an option

I have gotten mt nails done 3 times in a row from this location and I was please with my results every time. Lucy is my nail tech and she gives me exactly what I ask for. She does my shape the way I like it. The wait time can be an inconvenience a little bit but it is worth it if you don't have other plans or request a particular nail tech. Other than that the environment is good amd respectful.

10/10 DONT recommend. Shaping is horrible , panting is horrible . I had the guy redo the design numerous times and it still was awful . I just gave up . I showed him a photo of what I wanted and it’s nothing near it , even after complaining .
