Kim's Nails

I booked an appt for my wife and I for two pedicures. The location is convenient and the space is bright with large windows up front. The service and decor missed the mark. The technicians spent most of their time chatting with each other looking at each other instead of what they were doing. That made me feel very uncomfortable. The chairs to sit on were very nice with good massage. The space could use some updating and improved cleanliness. The pedicure itself was fine. Probably 4 stars but the other elements brought it down to 3. Cost was 36 per ped before tipping.

HORRIBLE service. Told us they could take us for 2 pedicures, had us sit in the chairs and wait for 15 minutes, then came up and said they didn’t have time. EXTREMELY rude and inconsiderate!! Absolutely do not recommend. Don’t open a service if you don’t know how to staff or run it.

Doesn't feel clean or bright. Pedicure was just okay. I didn't find the staff to be welcoming at all. And for nearly an hour one song played on repeat. When I brought it to their attention they laughed. Oh yes, and the woman in charge was not respectful to the staff.

Terrible service. I called in beforehand to confirm they worked powder fill-ins. I was told yes. I went in at the time of my appointment and they had it wrong (30 min later). To fill in the time I asked of they had space for a pedicure. During the pedicure they interrupted several times to continue to ask what I wanted for my fill in, forcing to get a gel instead of powder fill in. When the technician doing the pedicure was about to paint my toes, the person that had my manicure/fill in said if there was no time for the color I chose because my manicure appointment was at 11:30am (which was their mistake when scheduling). I resolved and communicated I was only getting the pedicure with no color to get out asap. When I am about to get my shoes on I am asked why no color on for my pedicure a

I recently set up an event to take 12 ladies there and it went very smoothly. The owner/manager has a way to make everyone feel so welcome and also keep everything going on a timely basis. It is very clean and well run. I highly recommend Kim's nails.
