My friend and I tried this salon for the first time. Linda did my ombré full set. While a few of the techniques she used on about 4 of the nails were questionable, the final result actually turned out okay. The ombré color itself was even across all nails, and overall they look nice. Unfortunately, my friend had a very different experience with the tech in chair #2 (we didn’t catch her name). She appeared to be new and still learning. When asked what nail shape she wanted, my friend referenced the shape chart they have posted behind each station, but the tech seemed unsure how to achieve it. The technician in chair #1 even had to step in and file one nail as an example, but the rest of the nails still ended up inconsistent in shape. Super Cute nails! I don’t know the name of the girl who did my nails but all of the staff were very friendly even when we had a long wait. Definitely recommend if you want good cheap nails. $95

After 15 years of being a loyal client, I’m extremely disappointed to say I will not be returning. I have supported this business consistently over the years, but since the new owner has taken over, it’s clear that customer service and standing behind your work are no longer priorities. The owner, Lisa, personally did a new set of nails for a family member who was preparing to travel out of state for a wedding this week. She requested short nails, but they were cut much shorter than expected. The shape was inconsistent — some rounded, others more square-round — and a couple were noticeably shorter than the rest. I don’t just come by myself—I bring my family with me, and they are always so welcoming, patient, and kind to everyone. They take their time, pay attention to detail, and make sure we all leave happy with our nails. The salon is clean, relaxing, and consistently delivers amazing results.
